Requirements
- Technical Expertise in networks, Microsoft operating systems, AD/Entra ID, M365, hardware, Intune/SCCM, AV, printing, and IT security principles
- Leadership Capability with experience leading or supporting multi-disciplinary technical teams, preferably within a multi-sourced IT environment
- Strong Communication Skills with ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language
- Service Excellence with experience working in ITIL-based environments with strong customer service at senior levels
- Stakeholder Confidence with ability to manage relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, suppliers, and operational colleagues
