We are looking for a dedicated Network Technician to join our Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) team within the Energy Operations directorate. The role involves maintaining, modifying, and repairing E&I systems across our gas transportation assets, ensuring safe and efficient operations across the network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Electrical / Instrumentation / GQ&M environment, including inspection and testing of systems on gas pressure reduction sites
- Familiarity with E&I technical standards, maintenance procedures, and relevant codes of practice
- Understanding of BS7671, EAWR, and the Health and Safety at Work Act
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- City & Guilds 2394/95 or BTEC or equivalent in Instrumentation and Controls
- Approved apprenticeship
- COMPEX EX01–04 preferred but not essential
