Programme Management lead

Lead programmes that drive transformational change, overseeing complex high-value programmes, and ensuring successful delivery across a diverse portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree or professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PMP are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience delivering complex programmes with strong portfolio oversight.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders, negotiate priorities and align delivery with strategy.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, coaching managers and driving high performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen and a robust understanding of risk management.
• Clear, confident communication with the ability to present to and influence at all levels.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or organisational change is advantageous.
