Job Description
The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Build Specification Engineer to own and manage the car's technical definition and build specifications across all events. The successful candidate will act as the central coordination point, aligning design, production, assembly, and race operations to ensure technical coherence and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Experienced engineer with a strong understanding of a modern Formula 1 car
- Comfortable owning and developing a role with minimal guidance/assistance
- Confident working cross-functionally and asking the right questions
- Strong communicator; proactive rather than reactive
- Understands production processes (composites, machining, assembly) at a system level
