Job Description
Deliver patient-centric and compassionate care in a home care setting, ensuring safe and individualized nursing care services.
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic and registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting
- Min. 6 years of bedside nursing (inpatient) experience
- Knowledge in IT and systems
- Passion to serve and provide excellent customer service
- Meticulous and accurate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to contribute as an effective team-player
- Able to perform under pressure
