Job Description
Cadrex is seeking a CNC Programmer II to program and/or operate conventional, special purpose and numerical control (NC) turret presses and laser machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.
Requirements
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements and parameters
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to generate toolpaths for milling, turning, and other machining operations
- Optimize CNC programs for efficiency, accuracy, and quality, including tool selection, speeds, feeds, and cutting strategies
