Customer Service Representative II

Cadrex is searching for a Customer Service Representative II to manage routine customer accounts and orders in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to resolve routine issues independently
