Process Engineer II

Role Overview

Cadrex is searching for a Process Engineer II to evaluate new and existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

What You Will Do

Manage large project timelines and resources, provide oversight and guidance to level I Process Engineers, identify and implement process improvements, and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Well-developed and demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• PC knowledge/computer literate; including the ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), e-mail and use the internet
• Working knowledge of LEAN principles or other continuous improvement skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Skilled at workflow analysis
• Experience with high volume manufacturing
• Strong project planning and management skills to prioritize tasks and establish framework and systems for managing areas of responsibility
• Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment
• Skills in 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred
