
Job description
As a Process Engineer II at CSP, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining process sequences of operations for a particular product line in a safe and efficient manner. You will work in a team-focused environment and be expected to exhibit a positive and productive attitude, teamwork skills, and problem-solving skills.
Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments, developing and maintaining process control systems, troubleshooting manufacturing process problems, and improving labor efficiency and reducing equipment downtime.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys innovation, learning, and contributing to a growing organization. You will have the opportunity to work on new product development, warranty data analysis, and continuous cost improvement.
