Requirements
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support customer satisfaction
- Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and services to ensure quality and timely availability
- Oversee inventory management, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and optimization of inventory levels
- Lead production planning and scheduling activities to meet customer demand and minimize disruptions
- Monitor supplier performance, build strong supplier relationships, and drive supplier development initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure efficient flow of materials and products
- Analyze supply chain metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
