High school diploma, 3+ years of experience in aircraft structural repair or flight simulator assembly, and eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance

5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, and professional certifications such as MCSA or CCNA

Extensive understanding of ISO 9001 (and others), ASDEFCON and WHS regulations, Proven experience managing Quality Management Systems, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Advanced Diploma or Certificate IV in a relevant hardware domain, 3-5 years of experience in hardware and electrical engineering principles, and proficient in Microsoft Office

Diploma in Electronics, Information Technology or Computer Networks, 2-3 years ICT systems maintenance experience, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Linux certification

8+ years of USG/DoD development program experience, 3+ years of Engineering Lead experience in USG/DoD development programs

8-12 years of experience, strong understanding of RAN operational structure, and previous experience managing a team

Vocational or technical degree with 5-8 years of experience, familiarity with Naval Combat Management Systems, and strong understanding of RAN operational structure and warfighting principles

Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, strong technical expertise
