A320 Pilots holding Flight Instructor (FI/IRI) Qualifications– Career Development Opportunity

CAE is seeking motivated and qualified pilots with a passion for teaching and career progression to join our dynamic team of instructors. We are looking for A320 pilots who hold Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificates with Instrument Rating IR(A) instructional privileges or Instructors holding or having held an IRI(A) certification.

Requirements

• Hold Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificates with Instrument Rating IR(A) instructional privileges or Instructors holding or having held an IRI(A) certification
• Minimum 1500 hours of experience in a multi-crew environment in the A320
• Experience as copilots who previously worked as flight instructors and have since gained airline experience on the A320
• Strong desire to further develop a career in the training field with the potential to become an SFI or TRI in the future
