Job Description
As a Senior Instructor at the Navy Synthetic Warfighting Centre (NSWC), you will lead and manage the delivery of advanced tactical training and synthetic warfare training events for the Royal Australian Navy.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with Naval Combat Management Systems (AEGIS and 9LV preferred)
- Strong understanding of RAN operational structure, warfighting principles, and doctrine
- Experience with ADF operations and exercise requirements (minimum 10 years)
- Previous experience managing a team of combat system operators
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
