Job Description

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a software engineer.
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineers.
- Extensive engineering experience in Scala, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kafka, Cassandra).
- Strong expertise in Agile product delivery and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven bias toward action and ownership.
- Experience designing scalable, distributed systems.
