Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of the bar ranging from preparation to service. Ensures that supplies and stock are at sufficient levels to accommodate business demands during their shift. Provides guidance to the Apprentice Bartender as well as mixing and serving drinks to customers during their shift.
Requirements
- Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes
- Operates a cash register
- Counts down register drawers and completes summaries
- Logs stock used during the shift
- Maintains the appropriate appearance of the bar
