Proficient with the ticketing system
Process show ticket transactions for guests
Promoting and suggesting Cross Property shows and attractions
Suggesting Caesars Entertainment offerings across all properties such as Food & Beverage and Total Rewards
Assist guests with questions about the city and Caesars Entertainment properties
Responsible for being informed about current events within the hotel in which they work and other CET properties to assist guests
Acts a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests
Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external)
Anticipating guests show needs and exceeding guest expectation
