Building and Grounds Supervisor

We are seeking a Building and Grounds Supervisor to provide direct and general supervision to the Environmental Services team at Horseshoe St. Louis. The successful candidate will have experience in environmental services or housekeeping, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and prioritize a heavy workload.

Requirements

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor subordinate personnel
• Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines and budget
• Supervise cleaning and inspection of buildings and structures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of programs, processes and procedures
