Job Description
Partners with the Director of Marketing to manage the Account Development (AD) Host Team to execute the Casino Marketing strategies for Harrah’s/Horseshoe Council Bluffs.
Requirements
- Personally develops and maintains excellent relationships with VIP players
- Tracks, evaluates, and holds accountable the performance of Executive Hosts
- Achieves desired results in all areas of responsibility through staff development and training programs
- Manages the AD team to execute the Casino Marketing strategies
- Assists in coordination of all host functions on and off property
- Responsible for scheduling and directing work to meet business demands
- Works with Promotions, Advertising, Entertainment, Sales, and Operations Departments
- Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people
- Makes sound comping decisions including room, food and airfare arrangements
- Responsible for financial results that meet or exceed budget expectations
