• Excellent guest service and players club related functions
• Monetary transactions for all casino customers
• Cashing checks, chips, coins, and coupons
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with the use of CMS and WINet
• Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Maintain confidentiality of all matters regarding guests, team members, and the business operation
• Assist in support of bus operations
• Cross train in all areas
