Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Cocktail/Beverage Server is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving and providing beverages for our guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Provide timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Keep assigned areas clean and empty of glasses and bottles
- Monitor and manage food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses within budget guidelines
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Work well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- Provide personalized service and use guest name
