Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a cook for their locations in Council Bluffs, IA, known as Harrah’s & Horseshoe. Requirements
- Prepare, sautéed, broiled, fried, baked and grilled food items in accordance with kitchen needs.
- Perform various job duties including operation of grill, fryer, broiler, oven, French top, and blast chiller.
- Maintain accurate food supplies and maintain the cleanliness of assigned food stations.
- Follow sanitation procedures and standards, including ServSafe certification.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
