Deal with high-volume customer interactions, provide superior guest service, and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Proficient in dealing Poker, answer questions about game rules and casino policies. Handle customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit discretion to identify situations requiring supervisory attention.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license
• One to two years’ experience as a poker dealer, supervisor, or poker floor person with a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
