Job Description
The Table Games Dealer oversees assigned table games for accurate gameplay, regulatory compliance, and a positive guest experience, with key duties including dealing games efficiently, managing table funds, and maintaining control of cards and equipment while monitoring play for irregularities.
Requirements
- Deal assigned table games accurately
- Maintain strict control over gaming cards, chips, and equipment
- Observe and evaluate player behavior to identify potential cheating
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Process and pay all winning wagers accurately and efficiently
- Uphold safety and security protocols
