Job Description
Table Games Dealer operates casino table games, managing bets, dealing cards, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to gaming regulations.
Requirements
- Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, or throw dice
- Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor
- Exchange currency for chips, compute winnings/losses, and accurately settle bets
- Monitor table activity for cheating or irregularities and report issues to the Pit Supervisor
- Explain game rules and procedures to guests
