The Director of Marketing Analytics is a key leader in executing the Caesars Entertainment 'Strategic Analytics' department mission, providing world-class analytical support and delivering insights that drive profit. They will oversee a team of analysts and managers, and be responsible for quality and timeliness of analyses and processes.

Requirements

• Become a trusted business partner to Senior leaders in the organization
• Leverage relationships to identify business opportunities and allocate resources
• Take responsibility for quality and timeliness of analyses and processes
• Conceptualize, conduct, and lead analyses that are objective, rigorous, insightful, and high-quality
• Assist business partners in developing their strategies and key initiatives
• Design and deliver reporting for operating departments
• Drive the use of technology to develop analytics and reporting tools
• Work as a change agent to identify and execute improvements
• Lead large-scale cross-Analytics team projects
• Drive training, on-boarding, and development of junior analysts
• Serve as a visible leader of the Analytics department
