Director, Marketing Analytics - Corporate (Las Vegas)

The Director of Marketing Analytics will support Caesars Entertainment’s Enterprise Analytics organization by delivering insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Become a trusted business partner to Senior leaders in the organization
• Leverage relationships to identify business opportunities and allocate resources
• Conduct and lead analyses to help the business improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service
• Assist business partners in developing strategies and key initiatives
• Design and deliver reporting for operating departments
• Drive the use of technology to develop analytics and reporting tools
• Work as a change agent to identify and execute improvements
• Lead large-scale cross-Analytics team projects
• Drive training, on-boarding, and development of junior analysts
