Job Description
Join Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel as a Finance Supervisor and be part of a team that creates spectacular worlds that immerse, inspire, and connect. As a Finance Supervisor, you will work closely with the Hotel and Sales teams to timely bill for services provided and supervise the Non-gaming Accounts Receivable/Collections department.
Requirements
- Interview, train, and select employees for the department
- Conduct Performance Reviews in accordance with policies and procedures
- Review, analyze and make recommendations with respect to wage increases; promotions; or demotions as needed
- Monitor legal compliance with federal, state and gaming laws
- Prepare and key journal entries as needed
- Complete supervisory responsibility for accounts payable, inventory control and payroll
- Create onboarding training experiences for new hires
- Train department trainers to execute top-notch training for new hires
