Floor Supervisor

Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers, safeguarding casino assets, and promoting outstanding guest relations. The role requires leadership experience, good communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work varying schedules.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Louisiana Gaming License.
• Basic knowledge of a Casino Credit system preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership position preferred.
• Game knowledge/experience of at least two Pit Games required.
• Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
