Slots Supervisor (Caesars New Orleans)

Join a team that goes all-in on you at Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel. We are looking for a Slots Supervisor to monitor and supervise the daily casino floor operations on a specific shift for beverage and slots, ensuring courteous and prompt service is provided by all employees.

Requirements

• Directly responsible for training Slot Attendants and Beverage Servers
• Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, their functions, malfunctions and payout schedules
• Responsible for all casino beverage functions and employees
• Possesses knowledge of the gaming rules and regulations
• Routinely strives to build and maintain rapport with Slot players and handles customer disputes
• Observes, supervises and countersigns hand paid jackpots
• Familiar with the federal currency transaction reporting guidelines and implements the same
• Oversees all jackpots to ensure the prompt and accurate execution of every transaction
• Completes daily personnel assignments and reassigns personnel on the floor based on business volume
• Ensures timely and accurate evaluations are given to direct reports with appropriate development plans
