Job Description
As a Fraud Investigations Specialist, you will review payments transactions and player behavior to identify fraudulent activity and collaborate with customer service teams to protect the platform from malicious behavior.
Requirements
- Carry out day-to-day tasks such as responding to escalations, verifying player identities, investigating suspicious account activity, documenting account closures, and monitoring new account registrations
- Ensure that all day-to-day tasks are completed in accordance with our standards
- Report any adverse trends, issues and/or anomalies to senior analysts
