- Provide safety and security for guests and employees
- Give directions and escort customers
- Assist law enforcement authorities
- Perform chip fills and jackpot verifications
- Provide first aid and escorts for money and personnel
- Patrol property for safety hazards
- Document incidents and enforce company policies
