Security Supervisor Dual Rate

The Security Supervisor Dual Rate position involves supervising Security Officers, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to policies and procedures, responding to incidents, and enforcing company policies. The role also includes patrolling the casino, hotel, and surrounding property to ensure safety and security.

Requirements

• Supervise Security Officers during assigned shifts
• Assign posts, monitor performance, and provide guidance and direction to security staff
• Respond to and manage incidents
• Prepare incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation
• Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring Security Officers
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Patrol casino, hotel, and surrounding property to ensure safety and security
• Provide visible security presence and exceptional guest service
• Monitor access points and control entry when required
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity
