Sportsbook Supervisor - Full Time (Rio)

Reporting to the District Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation, providing high-level customer service to regulars and novice bettors, and advising on sports betting options. As an expert in our menu, you will help customers make informed decisions and ensure everyone feels welcome at our sports book(s).

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a sports book is highly preferred
• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and demeanor
