Surveillance Agent

Maintain knowledge of slot and table game procedures, ensure surveillance equipment is operational, and protect confidentiality of casino and hotel information.

Requirements

• Maintain knowledge of all slot and table game procedures, as well as Title 31 requirements
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is fully operational at the start, during, and end of shift
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Protect confidentiality of all casino and hotel information
• Report all incidents to Surveillance leadership promptly
• Communicate incidents to pit personnel via phone when necessary
• Uphold the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment
• Operate CCTV systems to monitor casino activities and prepare reports
• Assist with training new Surveillance team members
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and as needed
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Ability to process large amounts of information and take appropriate action
• Requires dexterity and mobility throughout the shift
• Use of office equipment and computers
• Ongoing participation in games protection training
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments, law enforcement, and court personnel
