Job Description
The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for creating work schedules, operating surveillance equipment, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The role requires excellent customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' casino surveillance experience
- High degree of working knowledge of all casino operations
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability and working knowledge of cheating detection methods
- Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
- Willingness to work unscheduled shifts on short notice
- 21 years of age
- Basic computer operational skills
- Ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Well-groomed appearance
