Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Sportsbook Ticket Writer to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through the casino floor. The role involves providing excellent customer support, answering questions, and handling customer disputes to ensure a positive and informed gaming experience. This is a high-contact position within a retail operation.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors”, answer questions, and escalate issues.
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations and gaming control board standards.
- Communicate and promote menu options to customers.
- Prior work experience in a sports book is highly preferred.
