Valet Supervisor

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the valet parking operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and supervising a team of valet attendants. They will assist in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for the Valet department, implement departmental procedures, and ensure efficient and safe operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver License
• 5 years of safe driving record with no moving violations or traffic citations
• Ability to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions is preferred in a safe fashion
• Must have exceptional customer service skills, leadership skills, and motivational skills
• Must present a well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
• Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear, and concise fashion
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the high level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
