Job Description
We are looking for a production unit manager (level 1 management) in the Test Sector to manage the operational teams that test the trains: RĂ©giolis Hydrogen, the new RER B, Oxygen trains,.... The ideal candidate has a first successful experience in team management, a strong attachment to rules and safety, and mastery of continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements
- Solid experience in team management
- Strong attachment to rules and safety
- Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies (value stream mapping, root cause analysis tools, etc.)
