Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the success of SCCE/HCCA, in partnership with the Board, ensuring the association's relevance, accomplishment of its mission and vision, and accountability to its members. The CEO provides direction and information to the Board, oversees the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning and efficient association.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in a senior management position
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Corporate Compliance experience with at least 5 years experience in the compliance field, with some experience in international compliance
- Demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management
- Knowledge in human resources, finance, oral and written communications, planning and evaluating, and governance
