Business Analyst in the Bank, Finance and Insurance

Role Overview

We are looking for a business analyst/requirements leader with previous experience from the bank, finance and insurance to help our customers adapt to the challenges of the future. The role involves working on assignments for customers in the Nordic banking and financial market, with analysis, requirements and investigation work in complex organizations.

As a business analyst/requirements leader, you will work on assignments for our customers, conducting analysis, requirements and investigation work in complex organizations.

Requirements

• Experience within the bank and finance and/or insurance
• Worked as a business analyst, requirements leader, product owner or equivalent
• At least five years of documented experience of requirements leadership and/or requirements analysis
• Experience of documenting requirements in the form of use cases and user stories
• Ability to communicate well in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• Ability to work in complex environments with many stakeholders
