Business Analyst in Life and Pension Insurance

Role Overview

We are looking for a business analyst/requirement leader with previous experience in life and pension insurance to join our Business Consulting team. The role involves working on assignments for customers in the Swedish life and pension insurance market, with a focus on analysis, requirement, and investigation work in complex organizations.

What You Will Do

As a business analyst/requirement leader, you will work on assignments for our customers, conducting analysis, requirement, and investigation work in complex organizations. The work can be partly done remotely and planned in consultation with our customers.

Requirements

• Experience in life and pension insurance
• Worked as a business analyst, requirement leader, product owner or equivalent
• At least five years of documented experience of requirement leadership and/or requirement analysis
• Experience of documenting requirements in the form of use cases and user stories
• Ability to communicate well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• Ability to work in complex environments with many stakeholders
