Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience from the Life & Pension domain who thrives in complex system landscapes and wants to make a real impact. The role involves translating complex pension requirements into scalable solutions, working with Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers, and customers on bug analysis and new feature development, and analyzing system behavior to drive improvements and ensure stable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience within the Life & Pension domain
- 5+ years of experience working within the Life & Pension domain
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role between business and IT
- Comfortable working with complex IT systems
- Experience working systematically with requirements and supporting development processes
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile setup
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Confident communication skills in English
