Job Description
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to oversee the design and health of our internal IT systems, implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, and manage the company's internal software stack. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company, and deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise-grade networking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Proven experience architecting and managing scalable cloud infrastructure within AWS
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise-grade networking
- Proven experience managing data security protocols and compliance audits
- Ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement long-term scalable solutions
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
