Job Description
Create, maintain, and improve customer- and internal-facing documentation for CAI’s Process Manufacturing products. Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Services to translate complex ERP functionality into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
Requirements
- 4–7 years total experience
- 3+ years creating technical or product documentation for SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong experience writing and maintaining technical documentation for complex software products
- Ability to translate ERP workflows into clear user guides, release notes, and help content
- Strong attention to detail and content organization
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services teams
