Reporting Analyst - ELITE Dental Alliance

The Reporting Analyst supports the organization by collecting, organizing, and maintaining reporting data used across multiple teams. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of recurring and ad‐hoc reports that inform daily operations and leadership decision‐making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 2–3 years of experience supporting reporting, analytics, or data‐related functions required
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools required
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar query languages preferred
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
• Basic understanding of database concepts and structured data environments preferred
• Experience with or exposure to HubSpot CRM preferred
