Job Description
Reporting to the Tax Director, the Tax Manager I is responsible for serving as a leader in the tax department and ensuring accurate and timely processing of tax returns for the Firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Tax, or related field
- CPA or EA required
- 8+ years’ experience in public accounting or its equivalent
- Proven experience with Lacerte tax preparation software is highly desirable
- Thorough knowledge of tax laws
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience managing a team strongly preferred
