The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the resources of the Fonds d'investment and External Management teams in achieving business objectives, performing tasks assigned in all areas of activity, and promoting collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

• College or university diploma in administration (or any other discipline considered equivalent)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of the Sharepoint tool
• Flexibility in scheduling during peak periods
• Excellent mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
