As Senior Legal Counsel, Private Placement, you will provide support to the Investment Placement Private International team, working on acquisition, disposal, and management mandates for investments. You will assist in negotiating agreements, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements

• University degree in law and admission to the Quebec Bar
• Six to eight years of experience in private practice or in a company
• Experience in business law, mainly in private placements and mergers and acquisitions
• Experience in an institutional investor or fund
• Experience in securities law
