Join our team and be an active participant in the community! As a receptionist, you will provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to visitors, partners, and employees, while supporting logistical operations related to meeting rooms and internal events.

Requirements

• Diploma of college studies or professional studies
• Experience in customer service or reception (minimum 1 year)
• Master of office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (notably Excel), an asset
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Advanced mastery of French and good knowledge of English, orally and in writing
