Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years in revenue or growth leadership roles, ideally in crypto, SaaS, fintech, or tech startups
• Strong track record of growing revenue, building scalable systems, and managing performance-driven teams
• Experience in digital customer acquisition and data analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of revenue models and KPIs
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly in a dynamic, tech-driven environment
• Knowledge or experience with ethical or Shariah-compliant products is a plus
